Our Story
Professional Practice Consultants (PPC) was established in 2021 as result of the Founder (Thabiso Kgabo) joining an accounting firm as a business development director. Mr. Kgabo noticed that even though his partners were experienced and highly skilled chartered accountants, they still lacked the time and experience to strategically run the functions and administration of the firm. This insight led to an information collection drive amongst other professionals that run their own private practices (Engineers, Accountants, Doctors, Psychologists, Lawyers, and Other specialist professions). From this information it was realised that most professionals require the additional training or time to focus on the strategic functions and administration of their practices (businesses). Lack of time is the most challenging issue professionals face and therefore cannot give strategic business administration the attention it requires and deserves.
PPC was built on a simple conviction: if success isn’t sustainable, it isn’t really success. That belief shapes how we work — not chasing quick wins, but putting the structure, discipline and clarity in place that let a business grow and keep growing.
We’re a group of three specialist firms. Keeping them distinct means each stays sharp in its field, while our clients get the benefit of the whole group when they need more than one kind of expertise.
